What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit card / debit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and Amex. and of course Pay Pal.
We don´t accept bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
Can I change or return my order?
Of course you can. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 60 days to return the order. You will find a form in the Sardines box with an explanation on how to return your product.
We are not responsible for any returns after 60 days
What If I regret having made the purchase?
While the order has not left our logistics center, you can remove it quickly and easily by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the package is issued, you must follow the refound steps that you'll receive attached form included in the Sardines box.
What warranty do I have?
All our shoes have a 2 year warranty.Should you detect any manufacturing defect, you can let us know and we will quickly send you a new ones.
Is it secure to provide my personal details?
Yes it is as we don´t ask or demand any registration form.
We only ask for the shipping address information and your personal details are never kept in database.
Who takes care of the delivery?
We are confident in Spain Post as it´s on of the most reliable and secure international delivery transport.
Can I track/ follow my order?
That´s not possible.
We don´t require any registration data to make the process of buying easier. This doesn´t allow to follow the order online.

Within How many days will I receive my Sardines?
As it is a craft process our shipping takes longer than usual, however you will receive your Sardines in 15 to 20 days after your parchase was made.
